Greggs take a bow you've done it again. After dominating the market with their signature vegan sausage roll they've recently added the 'vegan steak bake'. I was skeptical at first but my goodness its a beauty. I'd go as far as to say I prefer it to the meat one. The main differences were that the meat steak bake offers a slightly richer taste (I guess from the meat gravy) and the meat steak bake is more chewy. If you are someone who takes great pleasure in chewing food for a ges then the vegan one will probably leave you wanting but if you're looking for a tasty vegan alternative then this is the pastry for you . To conclude I'd say this product is a great addition to the Greggs menu and a fantastic time for all you vegans out there. Go plants!
